The 16 bit layer on the sacd version of the Well was even better than the original red book, and to begin with the original sounded incredible for a cd - up there with morph the cat (in "cd's that sound better than i thought cd's would ever sound"). btw, my vinyl of it is good but not amazing..it was a big let down. others say theirs' sound great, so i am apparently unlucky in this (it was bound to happen sooner or later)...Read more review
